After many months without partying hard, now I'm back to conquer again !

the reason why I stopped clubbing was , I was on a diet plan I couldn't drink alcohol. That's sad I know, but it is even more sad to not slim down . LOL I was really controlling my diet very strict not even single drop of alcohol. Then now, I began not to be too strict on my diet after months of discipline , and started drinking again but I'm still controlling how much I drink, everything in moderation. ( sinde I have lost some weight, ha ! )

another reason I started clubbing because my boyf's friends were back from Austraillia for Chinese New Year , that was why everyone of us gather together & party .

so after dinner with the boyf at Jogoya we headed back to the villa to have some red wine since he brought two bottles of it . He was trying to be romantic , muahahaha .

I can say actually I had the most special x'mas through all these years :) Of course I also know he used a lot of money on planning this, I felt heartache too which I know all he wanted is just to put a smile on my face and I was happy , truly happy.

The forth day of Chinese new year , finally I have my time to stay home early . Supposingly to go out with the boyf & friends for gamble session, I told him I'm really going to collapse if I'm not staying at home to rest early tonight . Since chinese new year eve I have been going out so late, poor me I really need to sleep enough everyday if not I will not have mood to do anything and whenever there is gambling session, I'm the most stupid person ever just to sit there and watch them play just because I don't gamble -.-

I might as well just go home and leave the boyf to the friends, so I can sit down on my comfy bed with air con and blog right now :)

These few days I was really busy , hectic travelling days from KL to Malacca then back to KL . Next day, to Sitiawan again and straight to Ipoh to meet up with some of my Ipoh friends . Too bad I didn't bring enough clothes , if not we will spend 1 more day in Ipoh since I never been to Ipoh for so long :( Last time it used to be like my second home town -.-

and also I just got back from Genting also today , ohmygod my boyf really can travel so much ! He actually asked me whether I want to go for Penang food trip -.-

as you know I'm very slow in blogging , really need to spare more time on blogging thou . I owe you all a X'mas surprise from my boyf post , valentines is coming already now only I am posting x'mas post , I know is so wtf . LOL

As you know my boyf loves giving surprise , he is always so mysterious but it's okay that's one of the reason why I fall in love with him , ha ! LOL

I love surprises , especially those surprises that could give me a mini heart attack . HAHA .

Don't la give me surprise like EH I JUST SLEPT WITH A GIRL LAST NIGHT . I think I will die straight instead of mini heart attack . LOL

so he brought me to this very special place to stay over for one night . He asked me to pack my clothes, so I thought I'm going to sleep over at his house on that day . But when he brought me to this private villa, once again I showed the WTF FACE .

I know is so fugly because I was without make up and sweating , eye bag, pimples bla bla and thanks to my stupid boyf he forced me to do this .

So actually he just booked a cozy room and spent a night with me there , ran away from the busy city . Just want to have a relax in mind.

tell you some secret , being a KL person for so long . I have never been to Jogoya before in my life , LOLOLOL . I know is somehow pariah , because this is one of the best buffet restaurant in KL. He brought me to this place to eat all we can, guess what we really ate like monsters as if there is no tomorrow . Imagine how many billion calories I put into my stomach , lmao .

From the reviews I saw, Jogoya improved a lot as in the food & service . So far , I think the food was not too bad , you really need to come here with empty stomach because there were too much of choices . I filled full my stomach until I barely breathe, because all I wanted to do was eat as much as I can so that I don't "rugi" like those typical malaysian attitude . HAHA .

1st day of CNY.

I just got back from my dad's hometown not long ago ( Malacca ) and tomorrow I'm going back to Sitiawan which is my boyf's hometown in few hours time :X

and I'm unable to blog for another few days again :(

despite there is no line no wifi no 3g to accompany for days, all I can do is to play with ipad&iphone games

maybe also enjoy a little bit of this kampung chinese new year feel too .

Today I went back to Malacca and omg ... imagine the jam to Malacca town. It was like ampang/cheras office hour jam, my god. I didn't manage to buy my Nadeje cake from the town, that's my sister& my favorite, always craving to have that cakes since long time ago but always have no oppurtunity to have it. Oh damn !

I still have few more hours to sleep before I head to Sitiawan, so gotta grab my beauty sleep and of course wish my readers

I received a very good news from my school today which I passed all my subjects for the last semester I had for Degree

I am having holidays since December and I had been worried for that long until today , everything relieve !

not to say I score all A's for all subjects, but at least I got 2 out of 5 subjects

and the last subject which was the toughest is my dissertation . Just in case you don't know how my dissertation works, my college set 12k words at least to write a dissertation. Besides that, we need to come out like a thesis and bla bla bla . Some more, not every students took this subject. We were able to choose to take or not to take. People like me being so curious , took this dissertation as my extra subject. HAHA

Actually nahhh , doesn't work this way , just joking . LOL Hhmm because I'm planning to continue study masters so it is better to take dissertation as my extra subject, and of course by adding an extra subject I need to pay more, study more, work more, waste time more, making my life miserable more .....so that I can have a HONS word on my certificate . Which my dissertation grade was B , so my cert is going to be SECOND CLASS HONS . I'm really happy, really happy . Feel proud of myself still, because my dissertation was really kinda last minute work . LOL wtf !

I love to do my assignment last minute, I like to push myself to the edge so that I can really work . I know is wrong , but is my style since don't know how many years ago . LOL

I'm officially graduated from KDU Uni College , say bye bye .

Thank you to all lecturers that helped me very much in my college life, there was up and down when I was in college. I had been a bad student, I skipped class all day, I talked back to lecturers, my parents needed to see the lecturers, failed subjects, failed being a student, I failed my semester so I need to repeat the whole semester again if not I will be following my last semester friend graduated already. During this period of time, I have changed a lot. Some of the lecturers really tried so hard to talk to me one by one , as in like counselling me , lol because I was named a problem student . LOL

UNTIL MY DAD PASSED AWAY WHICH IS LAST YEAR .

Then only *snap* I'm awake .

I know what I have done was so wrong , and I need to turn back .

so now dad, I'm sorry for being such a useless daugther who always thought college was only just a playground for me

now here I'm standing proudly to tell you that, Finally I'm graduated ! I successfully finish off my Degree !

too bad, my convocation is this coming September you are unable to see me with my academic dress. Supposed to take a full family picture with me wearing academic dress in it, but ... I'm sorry I didn't get to graduate fast, so that maybe if I graduate faster , you might be still able to see me graduate gloriously and be proud of me .

forgive me for being so stupid and clueless !

Anyway, I'm still going to continue my dad's dream which is my dream too .

I will continue study still ... I know I'm 22 this year and I'm supposed to work in this age now

you know what, if my dad was really filthy rich , I will tell my dad I want to study forever .

not to say I super like to study or be in the school, because study life is always easier than the working life

but nahh , after master graduate I'm going to start stepping into the real working industry unlike me now doing these freelance jobs, that is ain't no proper job

I'm going to college tomorrow with my mother to talk with my lecturers select the best university for me !

A lot of people asked me, if you are going overseas , how about your boyfriend?

My cute little tummy bear will stay in Malaysia , work hard earn money buy a ticket fly to me , doesn't matter wherever I am. Not to say he is that filthy rich to fly every month or whatever, it just that he will visit me. Of course we have plans for the future too, let's see how are we going to work our plans. Too bad, my mom is not going to give any ang pao again this year because my grandmother just passed away few months ago. I guess no one is going to come my house to visit us because we were told we couldn't even celebrate it ( this is what the "real chinese" follow).

update about my weight/gym process ,

well , my weight remain the same but I still look slimmer whenever people see me still , that is because most of my fats is losing and replacing with my muscles . So that is why not much different on my weight, in fact I look toner. Especially my leg, I'm really satisfy with my leg. Not to say I have super long sexy legs like Cameron Diaz , compared to last time, thank god at least I walk now my fats on my thigh won't wave . LOL

and the another thing I'm quite impressed is my abs . I never dream of me getting abs but now I have this upper abs which is not really obvious, it is obvious when me after doing a lot of abs work out . Still working hard on my lower abs, it is quite hard thou because that is the place where the fats store most.

Besides that, my ass is getting rounder and rounder like quarter pounder . LOL this is because I do a lot of squats and lunges , therefore, it helps to tone up my ass. My ass is already big , can fight with Kim Kardashian and now is even tone up, so it is like .... DOUBLE C'S AT THE BACK. LOL

My daddy always claimed that he likes my ass -.- yes he did check out my ass , wtf

actually my ass was inherited from my dad, my dad ass was perfectly round&bouncy&juicy for a man. LOL

I'm very serious .

I managed to get rid a lot of cellulites on my back thigh and my butt , there are still a little of them on my butt ... Stubborn fats is hard to conquer .

Well, I have been here a couple of times , not really a big fan of here because I don't really love to eat roast pork ( The roast pork dish here is the famous, it is a must-must order ! )

So far how's the first month of the year is treating you ? Well, me ? I suppose to get my result already , but something happen to my college and I don't know what happen . I need to wait still ........................... Hopefully I can know it after Chinese New Year so I can get ready faster to apply for my MBA .

I can't wait anymore , staying here is boring . Although I'm working part time but still ... freelance this kind of job is not you like can work everyday, so some of the day which I don't work I really stay home and rot or hit the gym .

I don't know is it because I'm getting older and older , people beside me is getting married .

recently one of my high school mate just married , and it was my pleasure to be her bridesmaid . We used to be quite close because we went to tuition together , and high school together too. Besides that , she lives nearby my house too! I'm very happy that she is getting married and fyi , this is my first time being somebody bridesmaid . My virgin bridesmate gave it to her ! LOL

I woke up early in the morning at 5am , purposely came down to her house to help her set up everything before the boys come .

So this is our chinese tradition that have to do when we get married , I don't know about other races .. actually I don't really know about the procedure well eventhough I'm a chinese . LOL Told ya this is my first time , everything seems so new to me .

Door need to be close to not let the boys enter , until they pay us girls ang pao .

X'mas dinner with the family.

For the first year itself celebrated my X'mas with my family, usually for the past few years you know youngsters like us used to party like nobody business during this special occasion. So this year I want my X'mas to be special so me and my sister planned to have dinner with the family at home because we had already expected restaurants outside are going to be fully booked might as well stay comfy to have dinner at home. Of course I also invited my boyf's familly to join us for dinner too. Well, we ordered 4 kg's turkey from Kenny Rogers because I saw from their flyer they are having this kind of X'mas promotion - Buy 1 turkey weight 4 kgs with 6 muffins & 6 side dishes. People always say homemade turkey is the best, I don't want to ruin everyone appetite on that night so I might as well reserve one from Kenny Rogers.

Dressed up nicely . I felt kinda weird very slightly nicer than the other days at home, you know usually I will have this aunty hair & some over size old t shirt walking around. You will really think that I'm some kind of maid in the house -.-

Turkey babeh ! Having turkey is not having chicken. I had two slices of turkey meat I was already half full, because the whole turkey was mainly breast , so it filled our stomach fast . Of course the protein value is more than chicken too ! That's why so many dieters prefer to have turkey meat more than chicken meat, now I know. Hhhhmmm ....

Boyf bought a bottle of champagne. I know we supposed to have red wine to match with the turkey, but nahhh ... I missed champagne more than any alcohol . I actually popped the champagne at home ! :D

If you wanna ask how's my x'mas , I would say great ! The food was great , the bonding time was even great ! A total different experience with my family. Celebrating in club during X'mas for almost every year is actually kinda boring thou . Before that , I was skeptical about the turkey that I ordered from Kenny Rogers because all these while Kenny Rogers is famous of their roast chicken but not turkey, but eventually they didn't disappoint me. It taste really good thou, but only one thing , the turkey they served didn't have any filling like the homemade ones . Maybe I should learn how make some homemade turkey for thanksgiving or x'mas in this coming year end , haha .

Spent another "cheat" day with the boyf during the weekends

if you don't know what actually my cheat day means it is actually I get to eat whatever I feel like eating on that particular day, becaus I'm always on a diet mode. It actually does help me to stay motivate on keeping my diet mode on, it's like rewarding myself by eating whatever I feel like eating .

Decided to have dinner @ Chili's Restaurant, Mid Valley , after so many months . I think I never stepped into Chili for almost a year man .

you know I'm always so excited for my cheat day , because I am always thinking what I'm gonna eat today for breakfast , for lunch , for dinner . I don't wanna waste my cheat day! Fill my stomach with the food I love and start working out hard on the next day .

We had their mushroom soup which was so creamy ! I have never seen a mushroom soup which is so rich and thick , my god . It look almost like a plate of porridge . lol

Ordered this pan of cheese thingy with some mince meat on top and look alike naan . couldn't remember what's the name for it , but for cheese lover like me it definitely taste good. My boyf didn't like it so much because it was too cheesy. No wonder he couldn't grow taller , lol .

If you wanna ask is my height really depends on how much I consume cheese or milk ? Man , I really don't know seriously , haha . But I am really crazy in cheese and milk , everyday I drink at least a cup of milk . No milk , I die . LOL Spaghetti I add extra cheese , pizza I add extra cheese , even cintan mee ( instant noodle) I add a slice of cheese too . LOL Only taste good on original flavor cintan mee ! I know some of them will go like eeewwwwwww, at first I thought it was so disgusting until someone let me try . Please try ! haha I promise you, you won't stomachache after eating it . haha .

My so called medicine box , I carry wherever I go . I am taking a lot of supplements , so yeah . Old people like me always tend to forget to take my supplement everyday after my meal , that's why putting in my bag is better . Whenever I check my bag, it reminds me . If you wonder what is inside that , well from the left is my CB plus which I bought from Amway which can help to block carbohydrates, the middle one is Vitamin C which I consume at least 3 pills per day, the one on the right is vitamin E and also I have the fish oil at home too.

My boyf's choice . I should order this instead of the one below , it is much lesser fats. but who cares about it , since I was having my cheat day . haha . My diet always consists of chicken breast which I now looking at chicken breast I feel like puking . LOL .

Greeting Happy New Year to everyone , finally we're in the year 2012.

I'm looking forward to 2012 , I hope so it is going to be better

and seriously .. I'm going to be 22 years old this year , wtf sounds so old right . How good if I can be forever 21, and shop at foreve 21 forever . LOL

Time flies , and 22 more days to Chinese New Year babeh . I always have the least ang pao among my friends , oh damn .I wonder why my friends can have up to 1k ang pao every year, my mom is very kiap siap ( stingy ) which only gave me RM 200 per year -.- Yeah and I'm still complaining so little . LOL

even when my dad was still around , he gave me rm 200 only too . *faint*

even I collect from the uncles, aunties , neighbours , strangers, whatever still .... not more than rm 300 -.-

so I always didn't put high expectation on collecting ang pao money . Very sad case .

by looking back at the year of 2011 , let's flashback my 2011 !

What I have done in the year of 2011 which I can remember forever ? :D

1. First trip to overseas with my boyf . Happy to say , first trip itself we invaded Europe , lots of countries .

2. and of course me too , first time to Disneyland which was at Paris . Well, Hong Kong is so much nearer to my country but didn't manage to visit HK Disneyland , haha . But I heard Paris Disneyland is so much better than HK Disneyland, don't matter what . I will still make my way to visit HK Disneyland in the future !

3. First time to Europe shopping crazily with my mother .

4. I have been fat in the beginning of the year. Look at my bread face , hello :D:D Anyway the little girl beside of the picture is my best friend , Kittie .

5. Seriously I can't stand myself looking at my picture , lolol . Seriously wondering why my boyf will fall in love with me at that moment , hahaha . Maybe my face is bigger than his butts that's why . LOL

5. Then things happened that gave me the motivation to slim down , this is the picture towards end of the year .

6. My eating has changed still, for the sake of dieting . This is part of it to help me to slim down too. I'm available to eat normally like during the cheat days. I eat more I feel guilty , some people say what's the fun of life then ? I would say, having fun in life is not about eating only . I enjoy eating good food, but I enjoy having a beautiful body more, I enjoy my confidence. If I eat so many good food, but I don't feel good from the inside , why eat ? I still eat good food but only on certain days , in moderation, yet I still can have a fit body. I think having two is better than one, we just need to balance our diet . You eat more , you burn more . That's why having a ridiculous big meal , the next day I will cardio much to burn off the remaining unburn fats left over from yesterday .

7. Our friendship still as strong as rock . They are my very very very beloved Ji mui's .

Cherrie & Evangeline the twin sisters , guess you all must know them . They are great fashion bloggers , owner of duogigs. Berry , well she is not a blogger.. some cute girl in the house ! Kittie, fashionista always in the fashion industry line , blog at rollingladybird .

I love them tons !

8. Working one year for Cravesense , that's my boss beside me . Thanks for teaching me a lot !

Ended my work during the November 2011. Ignore my boyf's face -.-

9. and also met a lot of new friends in the year 2011. Big impact or small impact to my life , still I appreciate the one who treat me good .

10. Then I finish my college semester , I started working part time as freelancer . Some of the jobs were really quite fun !

11. First time working as cosplayer . I KNOW DON'T LAUGH AT ME , PFFT . My friends almost puke when they saw me in this costume , ish . Anyway , work like this is fun thou , I enjoyed it .

12. New member came into my house on the October of 2011 . We named her "Happy" .

13. We also had rabbits in my house . My boyf bought two rabbits for me as a gift , then they born 5 little small rabbits which was so adorable . but too bad, my mum nagged a lot about the rabbits for destroying my mother's flower plants . So yeah we had to give it away :( I'm still wondering how if my rabbits are alive still ...

14. Of course I changed a lot in the year of 2011 too, not only physically but mentally too. At least I know how to think far , and I'm bit more mature ?

15. Since we know Chinese New Year is really early this year , so my mom and I went early shopping for Chinese New Year clothes. We actually went 3 rounds of shopping, and I still bought some of my clothes from online boutique. Luckily all of them I manage to wear after they sent the goods to my house .

16 . I created my very first Instagram account and this is the latest picture on my Instagram . You can search me at angelynecilvender then follow me :P

anyway , that's my highlights on my 2011 . I can't think more of it .

The last biggest rave of the year , how can I missed it ? I have already missed Massive Attack another big rave which happened few months ago , so I told my boyf I'm so not gonna miss Tiesto rave . Some more , IT'S TIESTO !! I listened to his songs since the song Traffic ? lol when I was 15 ?

I enjoyed so much in that rave ..my god , I'm so sure I'm gonna go for rave again ! now I understand why people enjoy rave so much ! I wana be a raver too, lol .

I will make sure before I die , I will go for the white sensation rave happening in Amsterdam ! I found out I love rave so much because I can dance however I want , no one is gonna look at you because every other people is dancing like nobody business too and I can wear as little as I can . LOL Of course Malaysia I can't wear too expose , but in the other country you can just wear a bikini to rave . My god ! I'm the one definitely gonna wear a bikini , because I will dance so hard as if there is no tomorrow and I know I will sweat a lot , and I don't want to soak my t shirt with all my sweat , eewwww . . But wait until I really have that ripped body first , before I start scaring people away with my flabby meats , haha .

as you know I'm aiming hard for my abs , since I'm satisfy with my upper body already . Still lifting weight still to maintain how I look like right now. The only thing I'm not satisfy with my upper body is , I want a bigger boobs like how I did last time ? hahahah .

Although I'm not a gym person for a very long time , but I really salute how much effort she put in gym & workout .

well , this is my tiny little abs which is NOT VERY OBVIOUS . I know ... so don't shoot me ! Still cover layers of fats , that's why it isn't obvious :( I started gym for 5 months only I have this kind of result , I thought my abs are not gonna grow -.- now at least I know there are growing !!

Please grow & grow & grow .... I want a nice cutting abs. Of course I'm gotta work , I never miss my abs work out whenever I'm in the gym . If I'm unable to go to the gym , at least 200 sit ups to do at home .

Before I ended my semester , we had this concept dinner as our very last assignment

everyone from our class is split into groups and think of an idea to think of a concept of a restaurant

well in case if you are guessing what I'm studying , I'm studying hotel management so basically we need to put everything we studied for the past few years and apply into this assignment

we need to design our own menu , decoration , table setting , etc etc ....

so our theme was marvel heroes theme

guess you know what's marvel heroes , super heroes we always watch from movies and comics

well, I'm actually not a big fan of super heroes , I'm always in love with my childish hello kitty , so yeah . LOL

If only everyone agree with my hello kitty theme , HAHA .

We were controlling our budget , couldn't spend too much on decorations , that's why we used own handmade paper brick ( we actually drew it ourselves )

It was our day !

11.11.11 was the date of our 1 year anivessary, pretty nice date huh :D

Lots of people have been asking us , you guys seems to be together for quite some time already definitely looks more than a year together ...

hhmmm .. actually OFFICIALLY we are one year on that date itself , but before that we had on and off things happened you see ,so it wasn't stable until 11.11.2010 which was last year we went official

of course on this special date itself , it was not only our annivesary . It happened to be a special date to everyone too, because it only happened once in a life time . I believe you know lots of couples engaged on that day itself, even getting married too.

Such pretty date like that , of course I celebrated with my love !

my silly boy lied to me the day before 11.11.11 which is on the 10th he was going to work till late night , coming back around 4am . I expected him to come back home that time too, hhmmm ... I admit I was kinda down too, hahahaha because I expect to be with him when clock strikes 12am but if he is working , so there is no choice to let him be . I had to be understanding thou .

But when clock strikes 12am, he asked me to meet him entrance of the house , of course I was curious why he came back so early . Then I saw these candles at my car porch but he hided himself , I was like wtf .

WHY MY HOUSE GOT FIRE ?! LOFLLLLLLL

Then I look properly , aawwwwwwww candles on cake , and his ipad of our photos , of course a paper writing happy 1 year anivesary .

He hided himself behind the car just to look at my expression , then he appeared with whole head of sweat . I know some of them would think this is not something big or whatever, but I was really glad . These small little things that could make me day !

Three of them are not really a BRANDED dog . My mom don't want to buy a dog , she prefer much to adopt it . There are so many dogs in this welfare home waiting to be adopt , so why buy ? My house is almost like a zoo right now , even the cat my mom picked her up from the road -.-

Made my own diet meal again for dinner

1 tbl spoon of olive oil, chicken breast , green pepper , carrots , 4 eggs ( 2 full eggs , 2 egg white ) and brocolli

First , I steamed all the vegetables first . Then, boiled the chicken breast .

Wait until all is done , then only I pour the eggs to the frying pan mixed with the vegetables and chicken breast ... Add on some salt and pepper if you liked to . Preparation time is less than 15minutes.

Well, let me first start off by saying that no alcohol is ever good for you if you are on a diet, no alcohol is good for you if you aren't on a diet, because not only are you getting calories from the alcohol itself, but there is a good chance that you'll end up binging on foods that aren't good for you, the number one suspect being pizza, at least it was for me anyway, with the consumption of it.

However, if you just can't find your self to resist the temptation, then the following words may be of interest to you.

First, let me start off by telling you what you shouldn't drink, as if you should be drinking any of it. You definitely want to stay away from the beer ladies and gentle men. A can of beer has around 150 calories in it, and if you're like I was, you have to have at least four of them to even start feeling the buzz. Four beers adds up to a whopping 600 calories. Most people have at least seven of them before the night is over, if that's what they are drinking. However, if you are going to drink beer anyways, you definitely want to go with Natural Ice Light, or Bud Light. These have fewer carbohydrates in them and fewer calories. A can of Natural Ice Light has about 100 calories in it.

The drinks you are going to want to stick to are the distilled drinks that have fewer calories and absolutely no carbohydrates. Distilled drinks consist of hard liquors like vodka, Gin, and Rum. There are about 65 calories per shot in these drinks, unless you mix them them with other juices and sodas; however, for dieting reasons, I recommend you suck it up and take them straight up. Not only will your calorie intake be smaller, but you will also get drunker faster.

Lovely friday ! Couldn't help myself falling in love with my bed again and again , thanks to the weather making me feeling so sleepy all the times . I'm feeling so lazzzaayyyyyy !

These few days I have not taking care of my food well, eating whatever I could , tired enough to make myself diet food, therefore my weight increased to 2 kg's IN JUST FEW DAYS . Hell yeah -.-

that is how amazing my body works ! LOL

My final assignment is already done , so now I have no excuse for me to not go to the gym and yeah have been missing gym for 3 pathetic days . Damnnnnn , I somehow miss the treadmill more than my boyf now . LOL

Good afternoon , hell yeah . Blogging not much lately , hhhmm ... but I have tons of pictures for me to blog about !
